1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using LookFresh, you agree to these Terms of Service provided by LookFresh.
2. Account Registration & Mobile Verification
Accounts are registered using a valid Bangladeshi mobile number verified through One-Time Password (OTP). Account owners are responsible for protecting account access.
3. Subscriptions & One-time Setup Fees
LookFresh offers Basic and Pro plans. The first subscription payment includes mandatory one-time setup fees covering cloud storage provisioning and software installation. Plan renewals are charged at regular monthly or yearly rates.
4. Payment Methods & Verification
Subscription payments are accepted via bKash and Nagad. Owners submit their Transaction ID (TrxID) in the application for administrative review and activation.
5. Non-Payment & Suspended Read-Only Mode
If a subscription expires without renewal, the account enters SUSPENDED state. In this mode, the account retains full read-only access to historical invoices and reports, while new billing, appointments, and SMS sending are locked until payment is confirmed.
6. Acceptable Use
Users agree not to use the platform for unauthorized SMS broadcasts, fraudulent transactions, or attempts to breach system isolation.
7. Limitation of Liability
The service is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. Maximum liability is limited to: the subscription fees you paid to LookFresh in the 3 months before the claim.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh.
