1. Introduction & Scope
LookFresh operates a cloud-enabled salon and parlour management software for salon and parlour owners in Bangladesh.
2. Data We Collect
We collect only information essential to running your business: the owner's phone number, business profile, customer names and phone numbers for appointment scheduling, sales invoices, appointment logs, and expense records.
3. Purpose of Processing
Information is used solely to generate digital bills, calculate staff commissions, trigger automated SMS reminders, display business analytics, and maintain business audit trails.
4. Storage Location & Security
Data is securely hosted in encrypted cloud databases at a cloud data centre in Singapore. We enforce PostgreSQL Row-Level Security (RLS) ensuring strict isolation between businesses. Tenant data is never shared across businesses.
5. Data Retention & Archiving
Business data remains active as long as the subscription is maintained. Upon plan lapse or cancellation, records are retained for 365 days before permanent archiving.
6. Data Export & Ownership
The business owner retains full ownership of their data. The platform provides a complete Data Export feature allowing owners to download all invoices, customers, and expenses at any time.
7. SMS Communications
SMS messages are sent via licensed telecommunication gateways strictly for OTP login verification and scheduled appointment reminders. Customers may opt out of promotional and reminder SMS at any time.
8. Cookies & Offline Device Storage
We use session cookies for authenticated login and browser IndexedDB for offline billing capabilities. No third-party tracking cookies or advertising pixels are used.
