1. Free Trial & Evaluation

We provide a 7-day complimentary full-featured trial so salon and parlour owners can thoroughly evaluate all features before making any payment commitment.

2. Subscription Fees & Refund Eligibility

Subscription fees and one-time setup fees are non-refundable. You can stop renewal at any time, and you keep using the service until the end of the period you have paid for (see section 4).

3. One-time Setup Fees

One-time setup fees cover irreversible third-party cloud database provisioning and installation labor. These fees are non-refundable once infrastructure is deployed.

4. Subscription Cancellation

Owners may choose not to renew at the end of their billing cycle without penalty. Data remains accessible in read-only mode.
